We invite you to the beautiful Revillaging Project to welcome in your Sunday morning with yoga and live sound.
Your gentle flow class will be a unique and tranquil experience, guided by a magical sound journey with Max from We Are Good Vibes.

What to Expect

Welcome Ritual:
Arrive gently and settle into the space with a warm cup of cacao. This sacred plant medicine helps to soften the mind and open the energy of the heart. Rich in magnesium and mood-enhancing compounds, cacao supports relaxation, enhances focus, and gently lifts your vibration, inviting you into deeper connection with yourself and the collective energy of the group.
Take a moment to ground on your mat or connect within our beautiful community.

Embodied Flow:
Be guided through a gentle and intuitive movement practice to the sounds of live music and healing instruments. This flow is designed to awaken your body, calm the nervous system, and invite your awareness into the present moment.
Expect deep stretching, breath-led movement, and guided meditation.
This journey is open to all levels and offers a nurturing space for inner exploration.

Sound Journey & Meditation:
As your body begins to melt into stillness, our guided meditation will seamlessly transition into an immersive sound healing experience. Surrounded by sacred sounds - crystal bowls, chimes, vocals, and other instruments - you’ll be invited to surrender into deep rest. Here, the layers of the day dissolve, and your body can enter a state of healing, harmony, and renewal.

Nature Connection:
This special class will take place in the peaceful space of The Revillaging Project, nestled in nature and held within the warmth of their beautiful shala.
Practicing amongst the sounds of the birds and the breeze, alongside the healing vibrations of live sound, deepens your connection to both inner and outer landscapes.

Note:

  • Please wear warm clothes. 
    You may like to bring a blanket or an extra layer for Savasana.

We can’t wait to guide you through a peaceful and rejuvenating morning of yoga, mindfulness and sound in nature on the lovely Mornington Peninsula.
