Adelaide Hills Yoga & Movement Retreat

Join us for a deeply nourishing weekend retreat of Yoga, Movement Medicine, meditation, and mantra in the magical setting of Trees of Tenants in the Adelaide Hills, surrounded by the beauty and stillness of pure nature.

We will gather on Friday evening and begin with a wholesome shared dinner, followed by an opening circle and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice to help us settle, soften, and arrive fully.

On Saturday morning, we will explore a grounding hip-opening yoga session focused on the root chakra, inviting stability, presence, and connection to the body. After time to rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, we will come together for an uplifting Movement Medicine dance journey. In the evening, we will gather around the fire to sing mantras and sacred songs, allowing the day to close in warmth, connection, and community.

Sunday morning will be dedicated to yoga, meditation, and gentle movement, followed by a beautiful celebration brunch. In the afternoon, we will create music together and complete our retreat around 4 pm, carrying the nourishment of the weekend back into our lives.

For the entire retreat, the beautiful Trees of Tenants house will be exclusively ours. If the weather allows, we will also enjoy time around an outdoor fire beneath the stars.

This Retreat will be lead by me, Daniela Luethi. I have been teaching Yoga for 30 years and was running a Yoga School in Zuerich. I finished my Movement Medicine training in 2019 and have been offering retreats all over the world since many years.

I am especially excited about this retreat, because it weaves together all of my favourite practices, yoga, conscious dance, meditation, mantra, music, and wholesome food. Creating a space for deep rest, joyful expression, and heartfelt connection.

Please bring your own yoga mat and instruments if you wish.

Nourishment

All meals are included and will be organic and vegetarian, prepared with love to support the body throughout the retreat.

The retreat includes:

Friday evening: nourishing dinner
Saturday: late morning brunch and early nourishing dinner
Sunday: special celebration brunch

Fresh fruit and nuts will be available throughout the retreat for gentle nourishment between practices.
