Yoga & Music on The Farm

A little movement, good music, and a slower start to the day.

Once a month, we're gathering at the farm to move together alongside good humans and great energy. 🌿

A live DJ playing organic and soulful house to support your practice, paired with a flowing vinyasa class designed to help you switch off and settle into the weekend.

Our sessions are held indoors, but with the cooler weather around, we'd recommend bringing a few layers to keep cosy until you warm up.

The Farmers Market is also on during the morning, with plenty of fresh local produce to explore afterwards. You're welcome to hang around, connect with the community, or grab a coffee and brekkie onsite before heading off with the rest of your day. 🥐
