Yoga & Recovery Morning at TLC Recovery

Join us at TLC Recovery for a 1.5 hour Yoga/pranayama before enjoying your choice of Recovery Session!

*Ticket choices available:
- 3 x tickets include Infrared Sauna + Wet therapy after your morning yoga - (the 3 people will share the sauna session and will be a 9:40am sauna session on the day)
- the rest of the tickets are Yoga + Wet therapy

This session is great for anyone, whether you are new to yoga or a daily yogi.

Alina Martin will be guiding you through this Workshop
A little about Alina...
Alina has been teaching yoga for ten years, where her gauge of success is always bringing people back to their centre. She delights in holding space for others so that they can awaken to their true happiness and power. Alina has been initiated in ancient Spiritual traditions by the greatest Gurus and Spiritual Mentors all around the world & would like to share this with you!

A great session to calm the mind & lengthen the body after a long week and start your weekend right!

Alina will modify poses for those that are new or those that are experienced in their practice. 

The session will include;
- Settling into the session
- Setting an intention individually and as a group
- Warm up connecting body and breath
- Vinyasa flow, some standing postures, balance, seated poses, pranayama (including a breathing exercise to generate heat and alternate nostril breathing the balance out the left and right chanels of the nervous system and brain!).
- A meditation + relaxation and then enjoy the plunge pools and jucuzzi spa!

Additional Information
*Bring own Yoga mat if you have one - please let us know if you don't have one
*Bring some water to drink + wear something comfy for the yoga session
*Bring a towel and bathers for your recovery session afterwards
*Choose your ticket based on inclusion of recovery methods you would like to use afterwards
*Other members of the Public will be coming through to enjoy the Centre at the time of this Workshop - so it is not necessarily a Private event
