Adapt Drinks is excited to present the first series of events to allow our community to spend some time nurturing their body and enjoy tasting our sparkling adaptogenic drinks!

The first of these events will be held in Surrey Hills on Sunday 7th August from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at the divine InSpirit Urban Retreat.

The hour session will start with a 30 minute fluid Vinyasa practice with yoga and meditation teacher Sinead Howard. This yoga class is perfect for all levels from beginners to more experienced yogis and brings a wonderful feeling of relaxation and equilibrium to the mind, body and spirit.

Then after the 30 min class join Nicole Avery, founder of Adapt Drinks in a conversation on how you can set yourself up for a less stressful week while tasting delicious Adapt Drinks Relax - a sparkling adaptogenic drink designed to help you unwind and relax.

You will receive a hard copy guide of Nicole's tips including helpful templates and a can of both Lemon Myrtle and Strawberry Gum Relax to take home with you to help you unwind throughout the week.

You will leave the session feeling revitalised, relaxed and ready to tackle the new week. Tickets are limited so get in quick!

FAQs

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself! You can bring your own yoga mat if you prefer otherwise you can use the mats provided.

What should I wear?

Some form of activewear that will allow you to move. A couple of layers for the top half as you might want to remove some as you warm up throughout the class and put them back on afterward.

I have never done yoga before, can I still do the class?

Absolutely! The class will cater to all levels of experience.
