WINTER SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOP

Lets move and warm our bodies in this Yoga Workshop....
Enjoy some stretching, learn a routine the girls can continue at home to move their bodies through the winter months.

The girls will also create and make their own affirmations snowdome to take home!
