Begin with a 60-minute playful and dynamic Vinyasa Flow (suitable for all levels with plenty of variations ) designed to awaken and move energy throughout the body. Then, transition into a 30-minute deeply meditative Sound Bath, bringing calm, clarity and stillness to cleanse body and mind.
