Join Suni and Becky on Saturday morning's for an energising start to the weekend.

Suni will guide you through a Kundalini Yoga practice and breathing patterns to wake up the body and get your energy flowing. This is open to all levels and ages, if you're a beginner, this is an ideal class to give it a go.

This will be followed by a healing Sound Bath with Becky, using Crystal Singing Bowls, where your body will benefit from the healing vibrations as the sound soothes your soul.

This class is held outdoors.

Should there be heavy rain this event won't run.

What to wear: Clothes that allow free movement.

As this class is held outdoors, please dress accordingly depending on the weather.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion, blanket, hat, and water.

Cost: Cash on the day - $20
