Yoga & Sound Bath, New Moon in Pisces - Yoga Sound Journey

Join Malou at Green Monday Studios in Carlton for a blissful combination of Yoga & Sound Bath under the dreamy New Moon in Pisces.

The themes of this New Moon center around deep intuition, emotional healing, dreams, and spiritual renewal.

We will begin with pranayama, intention setting, and a 60-minute dynamic Vinyasa Flow

(suitable for all levels, with plenty of variations) designed to awaken and move energy throughout the body.

From Shavasana you will be transported into a 30-minute deeply meditative Sound Bath using

Tibetan Singing bowls facilitating insight, clarity, and a full-body and mind cleanse.

You will leave the session feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and blissful!

Looking forward to welcoming you on the mat and journeying together through Yoga and the powerful sounds and healing vibrations of those authentic Tibetan Singing Bowls.
