Join us - Grace & Jaz, for an uplifting evening of mindful movement and healing vibrations from crystal sound bowls. We’ll ground into our bodies and create space to allow Spring energy to flow in as we invite a sense of renewal and possibility.

We'll have the heaters going and the candles burning, creating a cosy space for you to come home into the moment. No experience is necessary, come as you are.

Here, you can begin to open up to the spring energy on it's way by bringing some movement and sound to your body.

This is an opportunity to move from a deeper connection to yourself, listening in to your natural creative flow. We hope to inspire your visions and dreams, creating a new found sense of energy and purpose.

Grace will invite you into gentle and powerful yoga poses bringing you in to your body. Jaz will share guided meditation alongside the healing vibrations from Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls.

Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a drink bottle, yoga mat, blanket and pillow. (We have yoga mats, blankets and bolsters if you can't bring you own).

About the hosts:

~~~~~Grace Bowen~~~~~

Grace is a certified yoga teacher(200h) and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator(100h). After many years of not feeling comfortable or confident in her own skin she’s now passionate about creating safe spaces for people to connect and feel comfortable within themselves. Guiding others to connect to their intuition, body, mind and soul, through breath, yoga, dance and authentic expression. Her intention is to help others experience more moments of joy and peace and trust themselves to create the life they want. She’s currently teaching Vinyasa (flow) yoga in Taupō at the Yoga Tree studio, and offering women's retreats and workshops with her two sisters Gem and Holly.

Jaz is a mover;- in dance, sound, energy and breath. Bridging the two worlds of performance and healing arts. Creating space for individual, partnered and group embodiment work. Using her professional training in contemporary dance and over ten years experience in meditation and intuitive development to help others embody and remember their innate nature and purpose. Jasmine has founded Moving Rivers - a base to come back to wholeness through awareness. Currently Jasmine offers one on one, couples and group healing sessions with crystal sound bowls and bodywork including miri miri, energy medicine, group Sound and Movement journey’s and women's circles. Jasmine has completed her L2 certification in 'Energy Medicine Facilitation' with Phillipe Atman, certification in the foundations of Miri Miri and Romi Romi with Manawa Ora, as well as completing a full curriculum with Jacqlin Richards working with principles from the 'Natural Success' program. Currently Jasmine is a Facilitator, Dance Teacher, Energy Healer and Movement Mentor"
