We begin with an accessible yoga session with international yoga teacher, Tashi Dawa, including yoga postures, spinal movements, breathing, affirmation and visualisation.

Experienced healer and guide, Sharon Hale, then leads us on a powerful vibrational journey with her crystal singing bowls. These are powerful tools to help enhance your mood, invite deep states of relaxation, and boost overall wellbeing.
