Experience 90 minutes of sound healing bliss as you are guided through an incredibly gentle and nourishing slow flow yoga class with a restorative sound bath and extended savasana. Appropriate for all experience levels this event is suitable for the yogi and beginner alike.

Sound healing is an ancient healing technique that uses sound frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. Everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, so it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. Accompanied with yoga asana these frequencies penetrate deeply into your bodies tissues and cells. These sounds will create huge shifts of energy in the subtle layers of your being while also regulating and restoring your nervous system to a healthy, balanced state.

Allow yourself to fully receive the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and other nurturing sacred sound tools played by Jaqueline Grace of Healing Heart Harmonies while being guided through a slow and restorative yoga class that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed. 

You will need:

• comfortable, yoga friendly clothing
• a water bottle
• a yoga mat
  

You may also want to bring:

• a comfy pillow
• your favourite blanket
• a journal and pen
• an eye pillow
• your favourite essential oil (we will also be providing some to share)

Based in Brisbane Josie is a qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher with a background in Community Development and multiple alternative healing modalities. Jackie and Josie have been working together since 2020 and are excited to be collaborating on this new offering.
