Join Our 5-Week Meditation Program!

Are you looking for a nurturing practice to promote self-regulation? This 5-week series offers short meditation sessions tailored to gently guide you through centering, grounding, spinal awakening, self-compassion and heart rate regulation. You will get 3 different meditations per week, this are short, recorded sessions of maximum 10 minutes each. 

We welcome everyone that is eager to explore how meditation can be integrated in their daily life!
