We are a club at Griffith University - Nathan Campus, offering weekly (school terms) yoga asana to the community.

Everyone is welcome!

Please join our club to attend the classes for FREE.

Mats, yoga blocks and straps are also FREE to use.

Membership costs $20 only ($10 for current Griffith student) and is valid for the whole academic year.

Yoga Asana:

Develop strength and flexibility through practicing yoga poses under the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher.

The class includes asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation, and meditation.
