8:45am to 10am - Chair Based Yoga - Stretch and Relax

This boutique class is ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone with restricted movement. The small class size means I can give person individualised instruction and support you in a fun, safe way with a prescribed practice that will increase your flexibility, strength and balance.

With gentle flowing yoga stretches, mindful movements, breathing techniques and relaxation, to get you moving and put a spring in your step. It will also get your brain working in a fun way and help you sleep.

Ideal for anyone who wants to be flexible and stay young at heart.....even if their body is not so!

What to expect:

A chair based yoga exercise program
Options for standing and floor poses if you have the mobility
Gentle movements and stretches to release tiredness and tension, raise your energy levels and increase your flexibility.
Targeted exercises to strengthen core stability muscles and maintain a healthy, pain-free neck and back.
Breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe your nervous system, release the effects of stress, manage anxiety and improve sleep.
Meditation and mindfulness skills to improve your focus and concentration and calm your mind.
A special time to nurture yourself and connect with like minded people who share values of kindness, good health, community and joy for life.
Highly experienced Dru Yoga teacher and life coach (with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation) who is committed to helping you enjoy a safe and enjoyable practice of yoga that will enhance your well being....and more!

Boutique Class

This is small and personal class, of 6 people max, offering you each individual support and guidance. I will be opening my home to you to share the sun filled lounge room, with bushland view, the perfect place to do yoga.

If finances are a barrier to you coming along to this boutique, please reach out and we can find a solution.
