What Makes This Class Different?

This is much more than a seated exercise class.

You'll enjoy:

· Gentle yoga movements

· Safe balance training to help reduce the risk of falls

· Remain seated

· Stand for some exercises

· Use the floor if you're comfortable doing so

About Your Teacher

Morag Morrish is the founder and principal teacher of Beingmore Yoga.

With over 20 years' teaching experience, Morag combines the gentle principles of Dru Yoga with breathing techniques, relaxation and mindfulness to help people move with greater ease and feel calmer, stronger and more connected.

Her classes are small, friendly and personalized, allowing plenty of individual guidance and support.

10-Week Term Membership – $220 (just $22 per class)

Taster Class – $22 (Perfect if you'd like to try a class before committing)

Casual Class – $27 (ideal if you can't commit to a regular class)

If you miss a class, you can request a recorded class to practice at home or attend a catch-up class at my Tuesday 11:00 am Dru Yoga class in Beecroft (subject to availability).
