A Yoga Therapy Education x Seed Spaces Partnership

Each week Vanessa Rodriguez hosts a yoga class in our space in Glebe.

During these sessions Vanessa will take us through the best of all yoga styles, and you'll be offered options for safe and longer-term practice.

Classes will be varied but you can look forward to an eclectic mix of Hatha, Power & Vinyasa, Slow Yoga, Kundalini, Yin & Restorative.
