Join Melanie of Peace and Yoga for a beginner-friendly nourishing yoga class.

We will gently move the body through a vinyasa flow followed by restorative poses and calming breathwork to promote deep relaxation to soothe the body, mind and nervous system.

Our yoga will be followed by a glass of wine, cheese, and antipasto nibbles by our host Ken Eckersley as the sun sets at the picturesque Nicholson River Winery.

This will be a beautiful time to explore movement and relaxation in your body, connect with each other, enjoy the winery’s offerings and the stunning sunset views.

Please arrive by 2:45pm to find your spot and settle in ready to start at 3:00pm.

Required: Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for your practice.

Dress: Warm comfortable clothes to move in.

Non alcoholic beverages available, and dietary requirements can be accommodated, please be in touch if any allergies need to be considered.
