Yoga at The Lakes

Join me on Wednesdays or Saturdays (or both!) for a Vinyasa flow that will build strength, mobility and connection to breath

These classes will be suitable for all levels of experience, with modifications and variations provided for both beginners and more experienced yogis

The class will be held on the reserve behind the playground overlooking the lake.

*Due to being outdoors it will be weather dependent!*

Please bring your own mat if you have one. I will have a few spare mats that can be used based on a first in, first served basis - please be aware that we will be on grass so your mat will be exposed to the outdoors
