Her classes combine the gentle, heart-centred principles of Dru Yoga with breathing techniques, deep relaxation, meditation and practical wellbeing tools to support both physical and emotional health.

She teaches from both professional knowledge and lived experience, creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after many years, you'll be warmly welcomed.

While Morag is Away

Morag will be away from 23 July to 23 August, visiting family in the UK and undertaking professional development training to continue deepening her knowledge and bringing fresh inspiration back to her classes.

During this time, all scheduled classes will continue as normal and will be taught by two wonderful Dru Yoga teachers.

Cathy is an experienced Dru Yoga teacher with a calm, nurturing teaching style. She creates a supportive environment where students feel comfortable, relaxed and encouraged.

Anne brings warmth, enthusiasm and a gentle, mindful approach to her classes. She shares Morag's passion for Dru Yoga and helping people move with greater ease and confidence.

Both teachers have been carefully chosen because they share the same caring philosophy and values that underpin Beingmore Yoga. You're in wonderful hands, and Morag looks forward to welcoming everyone back when she returns in late August.
