Welcome to your new Sunday retreat, join us for a breath work, gentle asana, and deep meditation on Sunday afternoons. This community yoga event is open to all levels, Relax and wind down after a very busy week, as we explorer gentle yoga flows and the deep meditation practice .

After the event stick around share a little herbal tea and lets begin to build a community. Yoga is about what it feels like not what it looks like, here we encourage our self love and self worth.

Parking? You will have access to on sight parking with off street parking available on the day.

What to wear what to bring? Relax in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, and water bottle if you wish, you may also want to bring a yoga mat, I do have spare mats you can borrow on the day. With the tea lets be sustainable if you have a cup to reuse bring this along on the day.

I have never done yoga or meditation before will I be ok ? Yes this an open level relaxation session. Modifications for every pose will be on offer. Meditation doesn't have to be sitting cross legged you can lay down or sit in a chair if you prefer.
