- Food: What celebration of cannabis would be complete without good food?  A Mexican inspired dinner, followed by desert of fruit and yoghurt with plenty of vegan options available.

- What to Bring: Cannabis (if you plan to use it), comfortable clothing, a journal, a water bottle, any comfort items like cushions or blankets, and an open mind. Avoid heavy meals before breathwork.

Note: Participation involves consuming cannabis and is intended for those with a legal prescription. We do not supply cannabis; attendees must bring their own. Consumption is optional but recommended to enhance the experience.
