Hari Om @FirstName

Thank you for registering for the @EventName, We are looking forward to sharing some depth on the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra as well as other techniques for self care and nervous system balance in our upcoming workshop. Enjoy uplifting rituals during our Fire Ceremony and Kirtan practice. Make sure you put the date and time in your calendar NOW and save this sacred space for your self nourishment.

Prepare yourself for the session by wearing comfortable clothing, setting your intention for your time and make sure to arrive early for the session. If you are planning on enjoying the sauna afterwards, bring a towel and water bottle. You may also like to bring snacks.

If you have registered for the ZOOM session, a link will be sent to you 24 hours before the event. Check that your zoom account and technology is up to date and working well and create a sacred space to enjoy the practices.

In peace and balance,
Om Tat Sat
Swami Karma Karuna
