Are you looking for some “me’ time to nurture your self at the end of your busy week…

Here is a chance to come together with like-minded souls and do just that!

Initially we take a little time to sip a cup of herbal tea allowing time to settle into the safe and homely space that is offered at 127b. This time is important and gives us an opportunity to begin to let go and feel into our experience.

We commence our program with ritual and a heart-warming cup of ceremonial cacao, lovingly infused with herbs and spices and spend little time setting intention for our time together.
We will then move seamlessly into a gentle yoga practice that directs our awareness inwards through movement and the breath, helping us to slow down. We continually invite our mind to follow slowly encouraging it to come to a single point of focus helping us to find that place of inner calm.

Both Cacao and the practice of Yoga have the potential to move our awareness a little more consciously into our body and into the moment. When we use intention accompanied with the breath, focussed attention and purpose, change is possible

Simple breath awareness and guided yoga nidra will complete our evening.
