Event description

YOGA- CACAO- SELF CARE

A day to slow down, nourish yourself & your body, take time to pour into yourself & find stillness amongst the constant of work & life. 

Join us for a morning spent at the Cosmos Cabin surrounded by stunning farm land that is Purple Pear farm, Anambah. 

We will start our day moving our body through a slow yoga flow before gathering in circle for a cacao ceremony, learning & experiencing the tradition & benefits of ceremonial cacao.

To end our day you will get to create some beautiful, natural, self care diy's using 100% pure, therapeutic grades essential oils to use to nourish yourself & your wellness which you will get to take home with you.

Please byo your own yoga mat, rug to sit on, your favourite mug, journal & pen & water bottle.
