What is Empowerment Yoga?

In Empowerment Yoga we invite you to dive a little deeper than a regular yoga class.

Stace will guide us through some gentle breathwork, somatic movement, a yoga flow & optional journaling.

As we drop into the practice she will offer some journal prompts/questions designed to help empower you to feel into what you truly want and how to get there.

In this meditative state that we can access through yoga, it is the perfect time to reflect, set intentions & potentially uncover anything blocking you from reaching your goals.

Empowerment Yoga blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern techniques to empower you to reach your highest potential & create the life you’re destined to live.

During this session we will flow along to some powerful, soulful live sound by Joydah Mae.

Joydah Mae… wow if you haven’t seen her live yet Joydah’s music really needs to be experienced in person... but best I can describe it is…

The way she sings vibrates through your whole body & cracks your heart wide open.

She will sing through some of the slower postures in our flow, pop in to wake us up from our meditation & serenade us while we enjoy our cacao after practice.

Her voice will speak to your soul.

Just trust us.. It’s magic. 🪄✨

And then if that’s not enough… jump in the sauna & ice bath to reset your nervous system & flush out any toxins.

You will leave feeling physically stretched out and revitalised, your mind relaxed & clear, and your heart busted wide open. Ready to take on the upcoming week like the absolute boss that you are.

What better way to spend your Sunday than tuning into your body, your mind, your heart, setting some intentions & connecting with other epic humans.

This is a space to just drop in and be… leave anything that’s been holding you back at the door & come as you are.
