REST | RESTORE | RELAX 

This weekly circle style yoga session is your opportunity to nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Take some time out from your busy life, pause and allow some space to come home to yourself. Through the use of relaxation, meditation, gentle yoga poses and breathwork, you are invited to put yourself first for an hour per week. You matter, your wellbeing matters and you deserve a break.

This is a safe and nourishing space where you can come as you are. I welcome you with an open heart.

WHEN: Tuesday (weekly) : 10am - 11am

VENUE: Woodcroft Community Centre (Room 3)

INVESTMENT: $80 for 4 sessions. (Please contact Marlen to discuss private payment arrangements)

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat and any other personal comfort items
