Hello Dear yogis,

I am excited to invite you to join me on Saturdays mornings for a flowing rejuvenating Yoga Practice in the Ashtanga Spirit.

It is one hour class, a flowing practice with attention to breath, not too quick (it's not a gym :)) but not too slow; it will strengthen you body, calm your mind and will make you flexible and healthier - for as long as you keep your practice steady and consistent.

The space is an inviting studio located on the second floor of a beautiful heritage building in Elwood (109 Brighton rd.). easy parking and trams stops really near.

Come as you are, if you are in your 20s', 30s', 40s', 50s', 60s' and above, join me to start your journey for yourself - an hour w week to maintain a mental, physical and overall health.

A little about me:

Gili Zarankin qualified as a
yoga teacher in Melbourne
in 2009. She brings energy,
passion and years of
experience to al her classes.
