Start your Friday mornings with a FREE yoga class at Clark Park Viewpoint, Lavender Bay, surrounded by nature 🌿 and stunning views of the Harbour Bridge 🌉—yoga with a view! This pop-up class will run every Friday until the end of the year, offering a refreshing, down-to-earth practice to help you start your day with balance and intention. 🧘‍♀️✨

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, these small-group classes are open to all levels and designed in the spirit of nurturing and community. Everyone is welcome!

Classes will be led by me, Anne-Lynn, a newly certified yoga teacher. I’m excited to share the joy and purpose of yoga with you. There’s so much to explore, and I’d be honoured to be part of that exploration for you.

🕒 Time: 7am (please arrive by 6.45am to check in and settle in)
⏳ Duration: 60 minutes

What to Bring:

🧘‍♀️ Your own yoga mat (the grass may be damp in the morning)
👕 Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
💧 A bottle of water to stay hydrated
🧥 An extra layer to stay cosy during Savasana

If the weather is unsuitable, the class will be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. Please keep an eye on your notifications for updates.
