Following on from a successful Summer Series, Jen is back for one class only for National Yoga Month. With over 20
years of yoga practice, the host of Yoga Guide TV Jen is well loved by her students for her soothing voice and
calm flowing style of movement.

A bit about the teacher:
Jen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for almost a decade. You may have seen her hosting the
Yoga Guide TV show, on Tickr News talking about the importance of stretching, or you may taken one of her classes
at the Bendigo Yoga Festival, or Inverloch Yoga Festival.
She's the founder of 108 Yoga Road and designed a yoga strap to make it easier to carry your mat and improve your
