A bit about the teacher:

Jen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for almost a decade. You may have seen her hosting the Yoga Guide TV show, on Tickr News talking about the importance of stretching, or you may taken one of her classes at the Bendigo Yoga Festival, or Inverloch Yoga Festival.
