Arrive at 5:50pm ready for a 6:00pm start. A beautiful one hour vinyasa yoga class incorporating a flowing stretch with elements of balance, strength, power, flexibility and a restorative savasana to finish. We'll nourish our mind, body and spirit in a relaxing, safe, and welcoming space. The class will be full of those beautiful golden, blissful moments whilst we explore our breath and seek inner peace. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoginis. The perfect combo class! Please book online prior to the class. Investment $20.

If you would like to purchase a 4 session pass at the discounted price of $65, this option is available at the checkout which will enable you to attend this class and the following three classes on a Monday night at 6:00pm. Valid for use between the specified dates only - Monday 2nd October - Monday 23rd October 2023.

BYO yoga mat, water bottle and eye pillow for savasana (highly recommend). Eye pillows can be purchased at the checkout along with your yoga ticket, if you need one! Other optional BYO items - yoga blocks, blanket, bolster or a large rolled up beach towel to use as a prop for savasana if you wish.

*Unfortunately this class is not for women who are currently pregnant as Bec's certification doesn't include pregnancy yoga at this time (apologies - I truly wish I could include you all).

30 Rosewood Drive, Rural View, QLD 4740

The PAC is the large dark coloured building located right at the front of the school and is clearly signed. Please park in the front school carpark, by turning right at the first roundabout (off Rosewood Drive). Enter through the black security gate and then through the glass doors on the left hand side to enter the actual PAC facility. You will then be able to enter into the ambient, air conditioned space for our yoga class. Please call Bec on 0417 275 321 if you’re lost. Ensure you arrive on time as I will lock the doors to the facility once our class has commenced.
