Yoga for Seniors

About the class

A yoga class designed for seniors offers a gentle and nurturing environment, tailored to accommodate the unique needs and abilities of older adults. In this class, participants engage in a series of carefully curated poses and stretches that focus on improving flexibility, balance, and strength, all crucial aspects for maintaining overall health and mobility in later years. The instructor provides personalised guidance and modifications of asanas, ensuring that each movement is safe and beneficial for every individual. The pace is relaxed and mindful, encouraging participants to connect with their bodies and breathe deeply, which not only enhances physical well-being but also promotes mental relaxation and stress reduction. This class is not just a fitness session; it's a community gathering where seniors can socialise, support each other, and enjoy the holistic benefits of yoga in a comfortable and welcoming setting.
