🕉️ Tantra Yoga Experience: Dive deep into the ancient practice of Tantra Yoga, a spiritual practice that originated in ancient India and encompasses a wide range of techniques and teachings aimed at expanding consciousness and achieving spiritual liberation. Expand your energy, balance your chakras, and deepen your self-awareness.
🌬️ Pranayama (Breathwork): Learn powerful breathing techniques to calm your mind, energize your body, reduce stress and deepen your yoga practice, leading to overall emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
