We are delighted to be able to present a Meditation and Movement-based curriculum for the weekend. Places are limited, so please be in touch if you would like more details, or make your booking now.

Alice teaches yoga from the Iyengar tradition, Jean-Michel teaches yoga from a Hatha and KRI tradition, and meditation developed from a variety of traditions both east and west.

Join Alice and Jean-Michel for a community weekend of Meditation and Yoga and Whole Organic Foods in an amazing location near Lights Beach (address supplied following registration). This coming year we can have 6 people camping on site and 6 people staying in the residence (shared large room with single beds) and participation space for a few more who find their own accomodation (please do book early as it is a long weekend). Partners (even if not attending the retreat) are welcome at all shared meals.

Bookings are made by payment in full. Refunds only available under agreed special circumstances. Bring equipment, music instruments, bathers and walking shoes (some equipment may be available for loan or purchase).

If partners or other family members are coming along to spend time in the region and joining us for meals, please let Alice or Jean-Michel know - there may be a small charge to cover costs.
