Getting There...

When you arrive at Design West, look for the entrance to The Architect Bar & Café. To the right of the café doors, you will find a single door leading upstairs to the Design West practice space. A member of the Bristol BID team will be there to greet you and show you where to go.

Please bring your own yoga mat to this session.

The Teacher...

The refreshing midday class will be led by Anna, a Vinyasa flow practitioner who will guide you through energising flows and strengthening salutations to revive your spirits and recirculate your energy. Return to work feeling invigorated and recharged for the rest of the day, having recentred yourself with a stimulating but mindful practice.

She looks to create a friendly, supportive space for people to move, breathe and connect to themselves. Taking inspiration from the different styles she's trained in, her classes are a blend of strength, challenge and playfulness as well as pause, rest and enquiry.
