The Bristol BID's Summer Yoga series invites you to take a midday pause to honour yourself and your connection to the outdoors, with its mindful lunchtime yoga sessions, all set amongst the best of Bristol's green spaces.

This session will be led amidst the tranquil, historically rich Temple Gardens.

The refreshing midday class will be led by Anna, a Vinyasa flow practitioner who will guide you through energising flows and strengthening salutations to revive your spirits and recirculate your energy. Return to work feeling invigorated and recharged for the rest of the day, having recentred yourself with a stimulating but mindful practice.

She looks to create a friendly, supportive space for people to move, breathe and connect to themselves. Taking inspiration from the different styles she's trained in, her classes are a blend of strength, challenge and playfulness as well as pause, rest and enquiry.
