Join us for Yoga Flow with Lisa — a class that is dynamic, creatively sequenced, and full of deep exhales. You can expect flowing movement, gentle challenge, and plenty of time to connect with your breath.

Lisa is encouraging, friendly, and down-to-earth, making the class welcoming for a range of experience levels. Come to move, unwind, and reset, and leave feeling lighter and more spacious in both body and mind.

About the facilitator

Yoga journeys begin in many ways and Lisa's was quite typical, taking a class one day at a local studio, sparked by a seed of curiosity.

Little did she know how that seed would grow to shape the rest of her life!

Something of a yoga-nerd, she went on to complete YTT200 with The Yoga Social (Melbourne) and YTT300 with Radiantly Alive (Bali), among many other mini-trainings around Australia and the world. However the mountains were calling, and Gariwerd is where she now calls home.

Teaching for over 10 years in both Melbourne and regional Victoria, her classes are a style of pure vinyasa that is authentically her own; joy-filled, sweaty and deeply connected to breath.

Expect a class that is dynamic, creatively sequenced and full of deep exhales.
