I wanna introduce myself

My name is Antonia I’m a lovely soul how wanna share some enthusiastic energy’s and love around the hinterland ❤️ place that I call home today!

I will start sharing yoga classes for all levels

And ages 🌈

I being practicing yoga for many years and for the last years teaching,

my idea is to create a space around the nature where we can feel free to move our body’s and take care of our soul.

So I wanna invite you all to share with me this space and create community around the movement, nature and love.

LOCATION

Community gardens Cooroy - 26 Emerald Street

Permaculture Noosa & Cooroy Community Gardens

The classes would be every Monday with two different schedules

6:30 am - gentle flow

&

5:30 pm - yin yoga

One hour per class

MONTH OF OCTOBER WOULD BE VOLUNTEER DONATION

REGULARLY RATE : $10/ CLASS

Mats would be provide by me (if you have yours you can bring it as well)

Kids come for free ❤️
