The practice will include Asana Pranayama Mantra Meditation, all joyfully moving through specific tools and orienting them towards elevating, opening, and strengthening the home of the Heart. In this session, we will explore and enliven our fullest potential to not just survive but rise with a gentle enthusiasm to show up each day, greet and meet the world and all that presents with immense joy and light. To do this we must connect to the Prajna, The Hearts Intelligence and draw from here as we breath and move through each day with more of an effortless greatness!

We will also discover organ relationships, additional tools, and techniques with take-homes to boost the flow and weave into your daily practice. Everyone welcome!

Join senior Yoga Teacher and Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist/Trainer Shane Turner for his first-ever workshop here in Karuna country! Shane has studied Yoga, Taoism, Chinese Medicine, Feng Shui and Zenthai Shiatsu.
