Event description

Located in the beautiful Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens, these weekly classes are for those new to yoga or curious about the benefits, or those looking to deepen their practice. Running over 4 weeks, each class will include an introduction to yoga, some gentle yoga asana (poses and flow), pranayama (breathing) and meditation and is suitable for people of all experience levels and abilities.
