Relaxed conversations over a cup of chai exploring practical themes—sleep, mindful eating, energy balance, and conscious living—followed by a yoga/meditation practice to embody what we’ve shared.

Saturdays 27 September 2025 & 4 October 2025, 10:00am–12:00pm at The Yoga Shed.

💻 Online
A 4-week yoga therapy program with a library of yoga & meditation practices (choose by the physical, mental, or emotional state you wish to experience) plus 4 weeks of teacher & group support to help you stay consistent.

Runs Saturday 20 September 2025 – Friday 17 October 2025.
