Description

Beat stiffness and soreness, increase flexibility, enhance muscle strength and stay active in this supportive chair based yoga class.

Helen from Bee Breath Yoga will be leading you through this 4-week program. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and small cushion or rolled up towel.
