Yoga for Stress Relief Workshop

Join us for a transformative workshop that combines yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. We will guide you through a series of gentle movements and mindfulness practices designed to release tension and cultivate inner peace.

You will also learn about:

  • the types of stress
  • advantages and disadvantages of stress
  • the role of Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous system
  • how to move from stress debilitating mindset to a stress enhancing mind set
  • the impact of tolerable and toxic stress on the body
  • stress reducing diet

Open for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis. Take a step towards a calmer mind and a healthier body with this workshop.
