YogaForTheEarth invites you to join and connect with your Community to collectively explore the Art of Yoga&Meditation. 

When practicing Yoga connection between the Mind and the Body is developed by using the Breath and a meditative state attained. In means the activity of Mind and Body is observed from a clearer perspective and responses are to happen from a more loving and compassionate space! 🙏

Experience the gentle act of connecting to your inner essence through a yang to yin flow, exploring various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation. 

Gathering happens every Monday @4.45-6PM 

$20 at the door or book through the link
