Event description

Yoga for the Menopause Journey - Workshops

To support, nourish and empower you in navigating the terrain of the menopause journey.

The mid-life rite of passage of menopause can be a wild ride of transition and change - emotionally, biologically and spiritually.

Having allies support you during this potent phase can be the nourishing balm your beautiful being desires.

Menopause Yoga can be an ally for the menopause journey.

Each workshop stands alone with a different theme yet sits along-side the full series, aiming to further cultivate knowledge and somatic experience of the practices, techniques and tools offered in the series. You are welcome to come to one workshop, or all of them.

·      Experience adapted yoga and movement practices, breathing and meditation techniques to help manage some symptoms and reduce stress.

·         Complement your understanding of the menopause process

·         Women’s circle – sharing, listening and learning

·         Take home handouts - tools, techniques and resources

Suitable for anyone in peri to post menopause. No previous yoga experience necessary.

You will leave feeling nourished, rested, well resourced, a deeper understanding of your menopause journey, a sense of connection and hopefully a commitment to be more gentle, kind and loving to self (and let yourself of the hook more often).

I look forward to seeing you soon,

Lisa Edgerton - 04 25 215 918 (if you have any questions beforehand)
