Join me on the mat for this mindful movement practice.

During this slow vinyasa style practice, we will meld breath to body and utilise regular longer holds to develop functional movement and reconditioning of the fascia. This practice style supports a deepening awareness of the heart-mind-body connection and a state of wellbeing.

Introductory class - Tuesday 9th June 2026 ($20pp)

Six sessions yoga block Tuesday 16th June - 21st July 2026 ($120pp).
