YOGA
We will be exploring the balance between effort & ease, letting go & new intentions as themes for this moon. It will be an easeful breath work class landing us into a receptive space for the sound bath & good gong vibrations.

GONG BATH
Scientific studies have highlighted the benefits of sound therapy, particularly gong baths, in reducing stress and promoting overall well-being. The rhythmic patterns and frequencies of the gongs can help entrain brainwaves, leading to a meditative state and improved mental clarity.

There will be hot chocolate & marshmallows afterwards to bring us back to the earthly plain of Newtown.
It’ll be dreamy.

Erin is a classical yoga therapist practicing kriya yoga and vedic chanting for 8 years in NZ and India.
Erika is a musician and astrologer based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. She has 30+ years musical experience.

Erika has an interest in the healing properties of sound for mental and physical wellbeing, which she currently explores through her gong bathing practice.
