A 500 Hour Hatha Yoga Teaher with additional studies in meditation. Her classes are designed to calm the nervous system, create balance & provide space for deeper awareness. Prepare to feel grounded and restored!

Taya Miller - 12th September & 26th September

A 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher who loves to weave stories and philosphy into her teaching. Taya brings fun, energy and challenge into a Hatha / Vinyasa style class. Prepare to learn something new, feel revitalised and inspired.

Start your Saturday morning by moving your body, calming your mind, and connecting with yourself and a like-minded community. We welcome all experience levels.

Held at the beautiful Illume Cafe & Bakery, located inside Good Food Emporium — Narre Warren’s renowned wholefood grocer.

Stay afterwards for an optional coffee, breakfast, and chat at Illume, or wander the aisles of Good Food Emporium, where you’ll find organic produce, quality local and handmade products, natural beauty items, remedies, and more.

8:45am onwards | Coffee, breakfast, chats & shopping (optional - not included in your ticket price)

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, as we will begin promptly at 7:45am.

Have your ticket ready for a smooth check-in.
