Saturday yoga has honestly become such a beautiful part of my week. 💕 It feels like the moment I walk in I can take a deep breath & leave whatever the week has held at the door.

Testimonials
I always leave feeling lighter, calmer & more grounded. It’s such a lovely way to close out the week. Going into Sunday feeling refreshed
Bree has created such a unique and welcoming space where I find myself improving my balance, flexibility and strength. The mindfulness has helped me slow down, feel grounded and more present in life.
I was a little nervous, as it had been quite a while since I practised, but Bree was so welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable. The classes have been great, well paced, but still a challenge.
I absolutely love the location. It feels private and inviting even in such a big space. The early Saturday class has actually made a difference to how I enter the weekend.
