This one day immersive workshop with Alex will explore different aspects of yoga and it's practices. This intensive is designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and inspire your everyday practice.

Part 2 includes a deep dive into pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation for an uplifting day of yoga. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided. Please advise of any allergies/food requirements when booking.

Yoga mats are provided. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
